Advertising with the Forth Valley Open Studios 2012

The Forth Valley Open Studios CIC is an annual nine-day open studios art event across the Forth Valley area, Central Scotland. We are preparing for our third year and are extremely grateful for the support we have received so far. Both years have attracted over one hundred participating artists in over 70 venues across the Forth Valley. Visitors have travelled from all over the country to attend the event.

The FVOS event will take place from 9th-17th June 2012. We aim to maintain the high standard of brochure, using quality paper, with an eye catching attractive design.

· 15,000 brochures will be printed.
· 100 will be issued to each participating artist for distribution along with over promotional material.
· Local galleries, businesses and tourist attractions will be supporting event by distributing brochures.
· A distribution list will be by maintained by the FVOS committee making sure brochures are accessible and well stocked in various locations locally and further a field.
· The brochure will be used as an ongoing reference by artists, business and the general public. It acts as a guide/directory throughout the year.
· As well as Forth Valley distribution we aim to get our brochure to art schools in Scotland. Galleries & Artist Studios in Glasgow & Edinburgh

A5 Landscape 186mm wide x 128mm high

One half page advert approximately:
A6 Portrait 92mm wide x 128mm high

One quarter page advert approximately:
A7 portrait 62mm wide x 92mm high

In order to advertise within the Forth Valley Open Studios brochure please follow these guidelines:

Max image file size 5MB. Please supply as Jpeg, not Gif Sized approx 2000 pixels wide, medium/high quality ie 150-300dpi.

Please title your image with your business name before uploading.

Advertising Deadline

To guarantee a place in the 2012 Forth Valley Open Studios brochure all adverts must be booked and submitted by email by 11th February 2012
