Charmian Pollok trained at Glasgow School of Art, graduating in 1992, and since then has exhibited widely throughout UK and abroad.

Most of her present work incorporates found objects alongside her own handmade Scottish plant papers.

As a life-long walker, she finds her inspiration wherever she happens to be, in town or countryside.
