Margaret spends a great deal of time in Argyll and on the West Coast where the ever changing light, colourful lochs, mountains and beaches are a constant source of inspiration. Working mainly in acrylic she captures the depth and texture of rural landscapes and seascapes in a contemporary style.

Margaret exhibits in many galleries across Scotland and a regular presence in the Edinburgh Airport Gallery has seen pieces travel as far as Bermuda and Japan.
