I work mainly in acrylics but also enjoy using inks and oil pastels to create interesting textures. Recently graduated from Edinburgh College of Art, I focus on creating atmospheric pieces, with subject matter ranging from Victorian medicine to Scottish wildlife. My aim is to intrigue the viewer through my work, and find new ways of portraying scenes from everyday life, such as the family car, or a lit window in the night.

Directions: From Perth Road turn up The Crescent, which is one street from Dunblane Hydro. Continue up Crescent until you reach a crossroads, Newton Cottage is on the corner to your left. turn left and park in driveways. Come by for free tea, cake, and blether.
